Dear Volunteers; Thank you so much for making our hot lunch program work! Without you, we would not be able to have a lunch program with as much variety and choice. We have some upcoming schedule changes. Next Thursday, November 1st is All Saints Day and there is a Mass at noon. The kids need to eat before Mass. They will be eating lunch in their classrooms, but will be coming to get their food in the lunch room. We will need to have lunch ready for them starting at 10:50. So, I need those of you scheduled fo that day to come in at 10:20/10:30. Please call me if you can't do that! The following day, November 2nd is the Friday before Harvest Fair. All the Harvest Fair set up is done this day, so the children will be having lunch in their classroom this day as well. The schedule will be as usual so Volunteers should come at 11:15. The following week there are three half days for conferences (November 7, 8, and 9). On half days only the children staying for aftercare are fed lunch. They will be fed at 12:00. So, if you are on the schedule, your child can go to aftercare or can come to lunch with you. On these half days, volunteers should come at 11:15/11:30. Lunch should only take about a half hour. If this is a problem, again please let me know so I can plan ahead. THANKS!!! Jenn DiRocco
