Tuesday, September 7: Hot Lunch and Aftercare programs begin  

 

Thursday, September 8: New Parent Meeting, 5:00 PM for Pre-K-3; 6:30 PM for Grades 4-8

 

Tuesday, September 21: Parents Night, 6:00 PM

 

Friday, September 24: Lifetouch Picture day, students wear uniforms - photos are used for yearbook

 

Saturday, November 6: Harvest Fair - MORE INFORMATION TO FOLLOW

 

Please Note… If you would like to put an announcement into the Friday Envelope, 330 copies must be received in the office no later than Thursday
at 8:00 AM.  Also, if you have a message to be included in this newsletter, please email cathleen.reardon@portlanddiocese.org on Thursday.

 

FAMILY FOLDERS:  For families with multiple children, you will notice the youngest child has the larger label indicating "Family Folder".  Every week, this folder will contain general information and the appropriate number of forms necessary to complete for each child.  All other children in the family have a folder with the smaller label which will contain only classroom information.  Please return all folders to the classroom teachers on Mondays.

                  

FRIDAY ENVELOPE VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:  The office is in need of assistance in copying and/or filling the Friday Envelopes.  If you are available Thursday after 11:00 AM, and would like to volunteer in this capacity, we would like to hear from you.  Please contact Cathleen Reardon at cathleen.reardon@portlanddiocese.org, or call the office at 797-7073.

 

FORMS TO BE RETURNED TO SCHOOL:  There is a great deal of information in this first Friday Envelope and to assist you below is a listing of the forms that need to be returned to school on Tuesday, September 7th:

  1. Emergency Name and Number Call List - Be certain to include parents on this listing as well as any allergies as indicated on the bottom.

  2. Acceptable Use Policy and Photo Release

  3. Gym Participation

  4. Release Form

  5. Before/Aftercare Program Questionnaire

  6. Student Directory Form

  7. Lunch Menu (along with payment if applicable)

  8. Lunch Program Volunteer Form

Aftercare Billing & Tuition: 

Please contact Sharon Dadiego in the Cluster Business office at 797-7026 x201.  Payments for both aftercare and tuition may be dropped off at the school office.
