PHYSICAL EDUCATION EXPECTATIONS RUBRIC
	Students at St. Brigid School will be graded on a 5-point per class system in which all of the following areas will be given consideration.  During a normal physically active class, the points shall be earned as follows: PROPER ATTIRE - 1 POINT Students are required to supply the following:      Clean shirt or sweatshirt      Athletic pants or shorts      Socks      Appropriate sneakers PARTICIPATION *Full Participation - 2 points      Students actively involve themselves at all times. *Reserved participation - 1 point      Student makes little effort to be a participant *Non-participant - 0 points      Student lacks motivation or effort to participate. COOPERATION/ATTITUDE - 1 POINT Students work well with teacher and classmates, and are respectful and courteous. SPORTSMANSHIP/CITIZENSHIP - 1 POINT Students use supportive and encouraging comments to teammates and opponents, are helpful to all, and are considerate of others' feelings, never bullying.
