ST. BRIGID SCHOOL TUITION RATES & SCHEDULE 2010-2011

 

Families of St. Brigid School will participate in the Total FACTS system of tuition billing as outlined on the reverse side in the Tuition Billing Policy.

Families of St. Brigid School have the option to pay their tuition in one of the two following ways:  

OPTION 1:  Prepaid Tuition

(Payment in Full by June 1st)

 

OPTION 2:  FACTS Monthly Payment

(Payment Plan for June to March)

There is a $50 per child discount available with choosing this option and payment in full by June 1st.

 

There is a $41.00 administrative fee per family for this payment plan.

 Note 1: By the June 1st Prepaid Tuition Date if we have not received your FACTS payment plan paperwork, or the full tuition, your child’s classroom placement will be in jeopardy subject to space availability.

* This is a requirement for all families affiliated with St. Joseph’s, St. Patrick’s or St. Pius Parishes in order to receive the subsidized tuition amount. 

**  For non-cluster parish affiliations, your pastor must sign a copy of your Application and Agreement for Parish Subsidies for parishes outside of the cluster.  The signed copy is to be returned to the school office, if you are to receive the subsidized tuition amount.

REGISTRATIONS will not be accepted from any families with outstanding balances of tuition, before/aftercare and/or lunch.  All accounts must be paid in full and/or up-to-date with approved existing payment plans in order to be eligible for re-registration.

 

FACTS is a secured automatic debit payment plan through your bank.  Timely enrollment in the monthly pay plan will result in a 10 month payment plan beginning in June and ending in March.  Elected payment dates are the 5th or 20th of each month.   NOTE: An additional $41 administrative fee will be applied from FACTS for monthly payment plan participants.

 

FINANCIAL AID: There is a limited amount of Financial Aid available from St. Brigid School. If you would like to apply for financial aid, in addition to the Parish Subsidy, visit the FACTS Grant and Aid website (www.factstuitionaid.com).  All financial aid requests must be made directly through FACTS.  It is suggested you complete this paperwork immediately.
